Onboard an agent

Collect the agent's full profile and schedule their deployment. The Deploy page then works entirely from what you capture here.

Find an existing agent

Search by name, agent ID, Momo number or personal phone.

Upcoming scheduled deployments

Everything waiting to be deployed.

Deploy a device

Assign the device, terminal and accessories, and attach the photo and proof document.

Agent

One picture, taken at the handover: the agent standing with the device and every accessory and item in the kit — bag, charger, umbrella, printer roll, whatever is on the list — all visible in frame, with the agent's face clear enough to recognise them. This becomes their profile picture and uploads as soon as you pick it — choose a different photo any time to replace it.

Retrievals

Terminals flagged for retrieval. Click one that's deployed to mark it retrieved — device and accessory condition are captured on the way.

Devices needing attention — Under Maintenance first. A device that's simply deployed and working isn't listed here, and neither is stock that's never been deployed; scan its serial above to open either.

Review

Agent profiles and device movements waiting on a check, in one queue. A collected profile is verified by the supervisor, confirmed by the head supervisor, then added to the system by an administrator; a device movement just needs one confirmation. Open an entry to see everything, then verify or send it back — nothing is ever rejected outright.

Periodic data drive. Pick a collector, then collect or update every agent's full profile. Saved records go to Review for confirmation.

General settings

Used for every date/time this app records and displays. Leave on server default to use whatever config.php sets.
How long a terminal has, counted from when it was added to the termination list, until it's due. Changing this updates the countdown for every entry already on the list too, not just new ones.

Branding

Shown on the sign-in screen, and to the mobile app before anyone is signed in — keep these lightweight.

Square, used as the app icon and browser favicon.

Shown on the sign-in screen and in the app header.
Current logo
Full-screen image shown while the mobile app loads.

Attachments

Which file types can be attached as Documents and Financial documents (Onboarding, Census, Deploy, Retrieve, Service). Headshots and proof photos always accept any image regardless of this list — only document-style uploads are restricted here. Enforced on the server, not just hidden in the picker.

Forms & fields

Enable or disable any optional field or table column, mark form fields mandatory, and add an admin hint shown under the field. Enforced in the app and on the server.

Create a user

Links this login to a collector or supervisor so they can edit only their own agents. Leave blank for Admin/other roles.
For the supervisor who runs the whole layer. They see all agents, devices and register entries instead of just their own branch. Their permissions do not change: still no Settings, no user management.

Users

Assign roles, change status, unlock accounts, reset passwords. "Team link" scopes Collector/Supervisor editing.

User IDRoleStatusEmailTeam linkHead sup.

Role permissions

Pick a role, then set each area to No (the tab is not there at all), View (they can look but not change) or Edit (full access). Changes take effect the next time that person loads the app.

Unsaved changes

All roles at a glance

Every role against every area, so an odd permission stands out without opening each one.

Session policy

How long a login stays signed in, and whether an idle one is signed out automatically.

How long a sign-in lasts before it must happen again. Default 8.
Leave blank to never sign anyone out early for being idle.

Signed in now

Every live session. Ending one signs that person out on their next action — their work is not lost, they simply have to sign in again.

PSPs & Booths

A Collector stations at one PSP; a Booth belongs to one Collector (its PSP follows automatically), or is left unassigned to stay shared across every Collector at a PSP. Picking a Collector on the Agent Census form narrows Booth to theirs plus any shared ones.

PSPs

The PSP options offered when adding a Collector.

PSPAgents

Booths

Pick a Collector to assign this booth to them (its PSP fills in automatically), or leave it unassigned to keep it shared across every Collector at a PSP you choose directly.

Terminations are managed from the Retrievals flow.

Dashboard & report widgets

Per role: untick what that role should not see, and drag the handle (⋮⋮) to change the order. It changes what is shown, never who is allowed to see it.

Navigation menu

Per role: untick a tab to hide it, and drag to reorder. A tab a role has no permission for stays hidden regardless — this only trims and reorders what they can already reach.

Table columns

Per role, per table: untick a column to hide it. Identity columns (ID, name, serial, date) always show, the same way as permissions — this only trims what a role sees, not what they can do.

Take a backup

A backup is a single .zip file holding every record in the system. Keep a copy off the server — download it after you take it.

Auto backup

This app has no background process, so "automatic" means checked the next time anyone loads it after one is due — usually within minutes on an active install, but it will not run to the exact hour if nobody visits that day.

days
auto backups — older ones are deleted automatically. A backup you take yourself is never touched.

Backups on the server

Stored outside the public folder and only reachable through this page.

Restore

Restoring replaces everything currently in the system with the contents of the backup. Take a fresh backup first if you are not certain.

Or choose a backup file from another server:

Clear the data and start fresh

This cannot be undone. There is no backup on the server — if you need one, export from Reports first. Only an administrator can do this.
